Terms of service
Last updated 7 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Miter, operations software for interior design studios. Using it means agreeing to them.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, and for the people you invite into your studio. Tell us promptly if you think someone has your credentials.
Your data stays yours
Everything your studio puts into Miter belongs to your studio. We claim no ownership of it. We store and process it to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can ask for a copy, or for deletion, at any time.
What you agree not to do
Don’t upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share. Don’t try to reach another studio’s data, or interfere with the service for anyone else.
Where this software is
Miter is early and under active development. Features change, and occasionally break. It is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Keep your own records. Miter holds budgets and financial figures for real projects. It is a tool for managing that work, not a system of record for your accounts, and it is not accounting, legal or tax advice. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending it
You can stop using Miter whenever you like and ask us to delete your studio’s data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.
Changes, and getting in touch
We will post any material change to these terms here and update the date above. Questions go to hello@miter.studio.
